Returns & Exchanges

We want your little aviators to love their Babiators, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. If your product is damaged or lost, please refer to our unique Lost & Found Guarantee for a replacement instead.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Babiators in their original case.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
